Verdict Topics
Verdict authors have written on a myriad of topics, from the unavailability of legal counsel and the courts themselves to the abrogation of civil, constitutional, workers’, consumers’ and other rights. NCCLP is not interested in band-aid solutions, but rather seeks the long-term resolution of the problems of poverty and the lack of legal recourse that accompanies it. Some of the areas of legal interest are reflected below. These areas might differ one from another, but they all reflect the need to eradicate the problems at their roots. To build a legal system that works, we must organize and end poverty.
